Overland Park, KS – Resources Investment Advisors (‘Resources”), a collaborative partnership of independent advisors, is pleased to announce that Laura Scobee, who was previously associated with The Capital Group, LLC, has joined Tom Parker, David Kover, and Brad Harris as part of Vertical Financial Group. Ms. Scobee and her team are based in St. Louis, Missouri, which will add to Vertical Financial Group’s existing offices in Chicago, Illinois; Valparaiso, Indiana; Naples, Florida; and Overland Park, Kansas.

Ms. Scobee has been in the financial services industry since 1982, working with owners and employees of small to midsized companies to help them build successful retirement plans, as well as helping individuals map out their financial goals. Ms. Scobee is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and member of the Financial Planning Association. She has also earned designations in the retirement plan industry as a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA).
